Welcome to the Your Leadership Signal™ learning platform (“Platform”), operated by Signal Leadership Ventures (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing, purchasing, registering for, or using the Platform, including any related websites, applications, learning modules, AI-powered features, coaching tools, assessments, downloadable resources, or communications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

The Platform is intended solely for educational, informational, professional development, and leadership training purposes.

The Services, including any AI-generated responses, recommendations, assessments, simulations, coaching conversations, analytics, or insights:

  • do not constitute legal advice;

You acknowledge that all business, leadership, hiring, communication, operational, or strategic decisions made based on information provided through the Platform are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT & INSIGHTS

The Platform may include artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools, conversational assistants, personalized learning systems, recommendation engines, simulations, automated coaching features, and dynamically generated content.

You understand and agree that:

AI-generated outputs may:
  • be incomplete
  • contain inaccuracies,
  • reflect generalized patterns rather than individualized truth,
  • generate unexpected or imperfect responses,
  • fail to account for all contextual or organizational factors.

AI-generated outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for professional, operational, employment, financial, legal, medical, psychological, or strategic decisions.

3.2 No Professional Reliance

The Company does not guarantee:
  • the accuracy,
  • completeness,
  • reliability,
  • usefulness,
  • legality,
  • appropriateness,
  • or business effectiveness
of any AI-generated response or recommendation.

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of certain personal information as described below.

To provide personalized learning experiences, the Platform may collect and process:

  • profile information,
  • assessment responses,
  • communication styles,
  • behavioral interactions,
  • engagement metrics,
  • conversation history,
  • leadership preferences,
  • learning progress,
  • uploaded content, profile information,
  • and other user-provided information.
This information may be used to:
  • personalize AI conversations,
  • tailor learning recommendations,
  • improve educational relevance, communication styles,
  • customize simulations,
  • generate progress insights,
  • and enhance platform functionality.

You understand and agree that personalized AI interactions require the processing of user data in order to function effectively.

6. AI TRAINING & DATA PROCESSING

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written enterprise agreement:

  • user interactions may be processed by third-party AI service providers;

  • data may be temporarily stored for system functionality, moderation, security, and quality assurance purposes;

  • anonymized or aggregated usage patterns may be used to improve platform performance and learning experiences.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

However, you acknowledge that no digital platform, AI system, or cloud environment can be guaranteed completely secure or immune from unauthorized access.

7. SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Users agree not to submit:
  • protected health information,
  • protected health information,
  • banking credentials,
  • passwords, usefulness,
  • confidential legal materials,
  • trade secrets, appropriateness,
  • or highly sensitive personal information

into AI chat tools or learning exercises unless explicitly authorized through a separate enterprise agreement.

The Company is not responsible for sensitive information voluntarily submitted by users into AI-enabled fields.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY OF ORGANIZATIONAL DATA

If you are participating on behalf of an employer or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that any information shared through the Platform complies with your organization’s confidentiality, privacy, and data governance policies.

The Company is not responsible for unauthorized disclosures made by learners.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, including but not limited to:
  • videos,
  • frameworks,
  • assessments, communication styles,
  • prompts,
  • AI workflows,
  • branding,
  • curriculum,
  • graphics,
  • written materials,
  • simulations,
  • videos,
  • lesson structures,
  • and software

are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:
  • reproduce,
  • distribute,
  • republish,
  • sell,
  • modify,
  • reverse engineer,
  • scrape,
  • scrape,
  • or commercially exploit
any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:
  • misuse the Platform;
  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • upload malicious code;
  • harass other users;

  • use the AI system to generate unlawful or harmful content;

  • attempt prompt injection or AI manipulation attacks;
  • upload content that infringes intellectual property rights;
  • or interfere with Platform operations.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may integrate with third-party technologies, including:
  • AI providers,
  • video hosting services,
  • analytics providers, banking credentials,
  • payment processors,
  • cloud infrastructure vendors,
  • or communication tools.

The Company is not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, data losses, or failures caused by third-party services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

12. DISCLAIMERS

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY,
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT,
  • ACCURACY,
  • RELIABILITY,
  • AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
  • BUSINESS RESULTS,
  • LEADERSHIP OUTCOMES, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
  • CAREER ADVANCEMENT,
  • REVENUE GROWTH,
  • ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE,
  • OR LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect,
  • Incidental,
  • Special,
  • Consequential,
  • Exemplary,
  • Or punitive damages,
Including:
  • Loss of profits,
  • Business interruption,
  • Loss of data,
  • Employment claims,
  • Reputational harm,
  • Or decisions made based on ai-generated outputs,
Even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for access to the platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Platform;
  • your reliance on AI-generated outputs;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • or your misuse of the Services.

15. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users.

16. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

  18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
